GLASGOW GUIDE: City Guide to Glasgow 1999 in Scotland, United Kingdom

Aberdeen City

One of the four countries that make up the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland; located on the northern part of the island of Great Britain; famous for bagpipes and plaids and kilts

Scotland with its stunningly beautiful countryside deep open lochs that are shrouded in mystery and ancient mythology and of course the unbelievable amount of single malt whisky.

Visit Scotland you will be amazed at the scenery especially the highlands and the west coast and not to forget the islands around the coast. As well as the scenery Edinburgh with its history and castle is well worth a visit as well as these there are other events throughout the year with the Edinburgh festival being of note.

You could go to the west coast and see the ports of Fort William and Oban. From Fort William the West Coast Highland line is a very good way to see the countryside and sometimes they even run steam trains which adds atmosphere to the journey.

If you would like to see scotland from the road then a coach is the best way Exodus have taken people all over Scotland in comfort and luxuriant style.
